Question 1

1. Can I link two different units?

Accepted Answer

No, you can only be linked to one active NSS unit at a time. Your certificate is issued only for the unit you are actively linked to, so keep your college and university details correct.

Question 2

2. How do I change my unit if I moved colleges?

Accepted Answer

You must "De-link" from your previous unit in the profile settings before you can apply to a new one. Your earlier hours and certificates stay saved, because they are recorded against your MBP ID, not against the college unit.

Question 3

3. Is there a deadline for linking?

Accepted Answer

While there is no portal deadline, most universities require linking before the end of the academic semester to process marks.
